Hella PH gave free spark plugs, wipers to motorists in Q4 2022
Hella in the Philippines looked back at the programs made in the final quarter of 2022 that helped motorists cope up with rising cost of commodities.

Almost 3,000 riders and drivers received the free items from Hella.In a statement, the European aftermarket brand said that it conducted a series of roadshows that offered items such as spark plugs and wipers (as well as installation) for free in many areas in Metro Manila.
Per Hella, the free parts and service were given to ride-hailing drivers and delivery — whom the company considered as the pandemic’s unsung heroes.
To honor their service to the community, Hella gave away a total of 1,050 spark plugs and 1,870 pairs of wipers to nearly 3,000 riders and drivers to ensure their safety on the road.
“Hella hosted this roadshow because we really wanted to help them in our way, especially over the holidays. By equipping them with reliable, high-quality, and long-lasting parts for free, they can have an opportunity to make better financial decisions. They can use their budget on other essentials while also keeping them safe as they continue to serve the greater Filipino community,” Hella Country Manager for Philippines Jason De Leon was quoted as saying.
Further, Hella also renewed its partnership with Grab and continued offering its riders, drivers, employees, and Move It riders exclusive discounts of up to 30 percent on select Hella products valid until January 31, 2023.
“Grab has been a significant partner for us in our previous engagements, so we hope to extend our support for them with these efforts, especially in the face of a financial crisis. Now, their riders, drivers, and employees, as well as Move It riders, still have an opportunity to keep their travels safe and secure savings for other important matters,” De Leon said.
In addition, Hella also collaborated with content creators and influencers to tap bigger markets locally.
It can be recalled that Hella has unveiled new products in November 2022. These are the introduced the all-new waterproof trumpet horn and LED retrofit lights.
