Legend revived: Toyota to unveil all-new Land Cruiser next month

Toyota will be unveiling an all-new version of the iconic Land Cruiser next month.

In a recent press release, Toyota revealed that “something great is on the horizon” and that “the all-new Toyota Land Cruiser will make its world debut on August 1.”

Teased is a photo (photo above) showing the fascias of the old and the new Land Cruiser.

Based on the photo, the all-new Toyota Land Cruiser might boast the same boxy dimensions and could don the classic “TOYOTA” badging on its grille.

Since the Toyota Land Cruiser nameplate has earned a reputation for being a tough-as-nails go-anywhere vehicle, it is possible that Toyota might pack it with some of the latest off-roading features that might somehow do the legendary sport utility vehicle (SUV) justice.

To note, the Toyota Land Cruiser has been the ride of choice for foreign dignitaries and non-government and humanitarian organizations due to its to-hell-and-back reliability.

Not much has been revealed by the photograph but fans of the iconic SUV will not have to wait long as all will be bared next week.
