Mixed fuel price adjustments effective today

Major oil firms in the Philippines announced a mixed price adjustment in fuel prices, which takes effect today.

    According to Caltex, it will increase the prices of its Platinum and Silver gasoline variants by P3.95 per liter. Meanwhile, prices of the company’s diesel and kerosene products will decrease by P2.30 per liter and P2.45, per liter respectively.

    In addition, reports say that other oil companies in the country are implementing similar price adjustments today.

    For Caltex, the price adjustments have taken effect as early as 12:01 a.m. today while other companies have implemented the price amendments at 6 a.m. and at 8:01 a.m. today.
