Online App Beebeep.ph Designed for Car Maintenance Launched

Designed to make car maintenance easier for vehicles, a local-based, online platform for has formally been launched in the country. Aimed to connect car-related inquiries on maintenance to the proper establishments--from the usual preventive maintenance service up to car services--Beepbeep.ph, the online platform, gateway, and destination for one's car needs has been launched.

Beepbeep.ph founder Anton Ojeda told CARMUDI PHILIPPINES he saw the need for one since there is no available app in the market yet. "Before I use to work with Zomato (an online directory for restaurants and alike), and saw there is more than enough attention on car sales and no to very little on car maintenance," he narrated. He also noted that since almost anything can be done using a mobile phone, his team decided to open up a new way to make life easier for car owners. "We at beepbeep.ph are ushering a new age of convenience for car owners," Ojeda added.

Beepbeep.ph Chief Operating Officer Paolo Acosta echoed Ojeda's sentiments, saying that it is high time "we make the lives of car owners easier."

Offered services

Acosta said that the site serves as a curated directory to around 7,600 car service-related establishments--partnering with dealership hubs, auto repair services, independent repair shops (even vulcanizing shops as per Acosta's claims) that are readily available to be contacted through their website or directly to the establishments. Aside from that, the app connects garages, local shops that offers repairs, car wash, mechanical repairs, paint jobs and more.

Acosta said that the core feature of the app is the long-range valet service. The valet service feature is extended to car owners that cannot afford the time for the regular trip to the dealers for the scheduled preventive maintenance service (PMS) and detailing service.

Upon request through the mobile app, the owners will just need to book the vehicle that needs the maintenance service. The Beepbeep.ph chauffeurs, to make the lives of the owners easier, will be fetching the vehicles to and from the owners, equipped with body cameras and GPS for safety and constant monitoring. Aside from that, vehicles are insured as soon as it is turned over to the chauffeurs.

Ojeda said that the move shows how they take they take full responsibility over one's vehicle since they know that vehicles are valuable and that time is precious. "Beepbeep.ph promises total transparency, security and worry-free service. We don't want our customers to concern themselves about where the car is and how they are driven," Ojeda emphasized.

Lastly, Beepbeep.ph provides a round-the-clock roadside assistance for any possible emergency on the road. The roadside assistance includes emergency towing, battery replacement, locksmith, fuel delivery, tire change services, even a mechanic-on-demand, without the need for any membership service of sorts and no additional charges within Metro Manila area.

Talking about charges, Beepbeep.ph are also offering cashless payment options (swipe via POS machine or online credit card payments) to cut the hassle of going to ATMS to pay for the services rendered. Further, the partner towing companies, Acosta said, use flatbed trucks to ensure total care of the vehicle.

Looking Ahead

Meanwhile, Ojeda is already looking to rapidly expand Beepbeep.ph nationwide after revealing a P150-million investment that has been entrusted to the company. According to him, the company plans to go nationwide as early as around first quarter next year and eyes to extend their services to neighboring countries around middle of 2019.

"We are already in talks to interested parties as early as March this year and we are really excited on the possible developments that could happen," Ojeda narrated, adding that the app is already on its fourth version.
