Ford Philippines announced its
October retail sales of
1,625 vehicles, led by the
Ford Ranger and
Ford Everest.
The Ranger posted October sales of
725 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales
up 12 percent to
9,216 vehicles. The new Ranger lineup,
launched in September, features two new-generation powertrains--the 2.0L Bi-Turbo and 2.0L Single Turbo engines, as well as the proven Duratorq engine--helping bolster the Ranger's wide appeal among Filipino customers.
The high-performance
Ford Ranger Raptor--
also launched in September--is helping attract new customers looking for a Ranger with immense and unmatched off-road capability.
The Everest midsize SUV recorded sales of
560 vehicles, driving its year-to-date sales to
4,960 vehicles. The Everest features impressive off-road capability, on-road comfort, advanced technology, bold design, and a comfortable, quiet and refined interior.
The
Ford EcoSport mini SUV contributed to the October retail performance with sales of
274 vehicles, driving year-to-date total to
4,597 vehicles. The new EcoSport features a choice of two highly capable powertrains--the award-winning
1.0-liter EcoBoost engine and the
1.5-liter Ti-VCT engine.
The new
Ford Mustang posted sales of
30 vehicles, pushing its year-to-date sales
up nine percent to
369 vehicles.
