Isuzu PH enables customers to donate PPE thru 'Isuzu Kasama Mo' campaign
Remember when Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC)—announced its new program wherein customers can donate to the medical frontliners just by buying vehicle units from them?
Well, the company has just stayed true to its promise when it recently turned over the initial batch of personal protection equipment (PPE) last Friday (July 10) to partner institutions. in accordance with its “Isuzu Kasama Mo” campaign.
IPC conducted the turnover ceremony at its headquarters in Biñan. Laguna,
IPC executives handed the donation PPEs to partner organizations from different sectors including Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Red Cross and Caritas Manila.
“The campaign. which actively promotes the value of sharing and caring, gives an opportunity to Isuzu customers to support frontliners in every Isuzu vehicle they purchase. The donation that our partners will be receiving today, comes from the kind heart of our valued customers,” IPC President Hajime Koso said.
“We hope that this donation will go a long way in protecting the health and safety of our frontliners. We assure our partner organization that this will not be the end of our assistance to them, as we vow to continue to support them in fighting this pandemic,” he added.
The Isuzu Kasama Mo promo, which runs until July 31, allows customers to indirectly donate PPEs to frontliners. Every unit purchase of any Isuzu D-MAX, Mu-X, Traviz, N-Series, F-Series, C-Series and E-Series—may it be retail or fleet transaction—is matched by Isuzu with a corresponding PPE donation.
IPC launched the program immediately after it lent three vehicles (two units of Isuzu D-Max and an Isuzu mu-X) to the local government of Biñan following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and also soon after providing support to the government’s Free Bus Ride for frontliners.
