Although the name sends us hits of luxury, the Hilux offers its owners modest seating. Even the range-topping Conquest variant comes only with fabric seats, front and back. They may not be wrapped in leather — or any of its sophisticated variations — but the seats are definitely comfortable with decent bolstering to hold you snuggly in place when the road gets a little bumpy.
Those looking for leather trims will find them not on the seats but on the door trims and on the steering wheel. Excluding the E variant, all Hilux models have leather steering wheels and leather trim on the door.
The Toyota Hilux comes with a modern instrument panel two backlit analog gauges and a 4.2-inch TFT screen in the middle that allows the driver to check relevant driving information.
Alongside the instrument cluster is an eight-inch display audio that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The base E variant gets only four speakers while the rest of the Hilux crew gets six.
In addition, The Toyota Hilux offers two 12-volt accessory outlets for your digital handheld devices.
The Toyota Hilux also offers plenty of storage for your drinks, both hot and cold. At the front are four cupholders and two bottle holders while the rear gets two bottle holders, and if you get anything from the G to the range-topping conquest variant, you get extra two cupholders via the foldable center armrest at the second-row seats.
