Toyota confirms GR Corolla arrival in PH

MANILA: Toyota will soon sell the GR Corolla to the Philippine market.

The said development was confirmed by the brand’s local distributor itself through a social media post, which also announced the beginning of the pre-order period.

“Full-bodied and uncompromising performance. GR Corolla. Coming soon,” Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) mentioned in a post over a Viber group.

Although expected to have its formal debut next month, the company has yet to share pertinent information about the vehicle. When formally introduced, it will join the company’s performance-oriented roster made up of:

GR 86	Rush GR-S
GR Yaris	Corolla Altis GR-S
GR Supra	Hilux GR-S
Corolla Cross GR-S	Fortuner GR-S
