Local automotive titan Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has expanded its variants for the country's best-selling subcompact sedan with the all-new Toyota Vios XE.
The Vios XE is designed to provide customers an entry-level but top-quality sedan. Priced at PHP735,000, the Vios XE is fitted with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
"Now more than ever, Filipino drivers will get to experience the comfort of automatic transmission while enjoying all the hallmark features of the Toyota brand," said TMP First Vice President Cristina Arevalo.
Mated with the CVT is the 1.3-liter Dual VVT-i engine, the Vios XE is projected to be effective and fuel efficient. Aside from that, the Vios XE has power steering, front and rear power windows, and power door locks. The XE is also fitted with the same safety features on all Vios variants: a 5-star ASEAN New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) rating, seven SRS airbags, Vehicle Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, and Anti-Lock Brake System.
For its infotainment package, the Vios XE, drivers comes equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen display with CD/MP3, weblink for both iOS/Android, as well as Bluetooth, USB, and AUX connectivity.
