A costly disappointment in every way
We invested in the BMW X1 for its reputation for quality and luxury, and we were really disappointed. From the start, the fancy display was trouble. I found it difficult to operate and navigate. When this car refused to start during a recent long trip, we reached our limit. It wasted a day of our trip, and we lost our time and hotel deposits. The repairs were very expensive as the defective parts in the system had to be replaced. This was not something that we had expected, so after less than a year of use, we sold the car. Now, we don’t trust BMW anymore!
