The leader of the pack
The Ford Ranger is the leader of the pack in the midsized pickup truck segment. It has the strongest engine among rivals, a 2.3-litre powertrain produces 270 hp. That’s massive by all standards. I would prefer the dual-cab version as that has more space. Ford has packed this vehicle with a lot of driver-assist features. The suspension is a bit on the harder side though. You may feel the occasional bump. But that’s much. The Ford Ranger has a commanding road presence. Sitting behind the wheel, you’ll feel like the king of the road.
