2019 Toyota Rush
Just last year, Toyota brought in another contender in the MPV category: the Toyota Rush. As if there’s not yet enough choices, Toyota makes sure that all bases are covered with the introduction of an engine with a lower-displacement engine.
The Toyota Rush is going head-to-head with Mitsubishi Xpander and the Suzuki Ertiga--and possibly the all-new Nissan Livina if it will reach our shores--in the MPV with lower-displacement engines.
Prices for the Toyota Rush varies from P958,000 for the E variant and up to P1.090 million for the top-of-the line G.
The 2019 Rush offers size that provides more cargo and seating capacity. It is available in seven- or five-seater (E variant) options.
On the outside, the Rush sports Toyota’s current design with the four horizontal-line chrome grille and LED headlamps that are slicked back to complement its overall front fascia design. Sitting on 17-inch tires (for G variant), the Toyota Rush has roof rails ready for action.
On the inside, you will be greeted by the black interior design together with either three-spoke leather or urethane steering wheel.
The Toyota Rush is available in the following hues: black metallic, bordeaux mica, bronze mica metallic, dark red mica metallic, silver mica metallic and white.
Cargo space for the E variant is bigger than the G (213 liters to 514 liters, respectively) since the G is a seven-seater.
Its standard safety features include back sonar, SRS airbags for front occupants, front, side and curtain, ABS, EBD, VSC with traction control, hill assist, emergency stop signal, and immobilizer. Aside from that, both variants come with a push-start system.
