Suzuki PH now offers online appointment for aftersales service

Japanese automotive brand Suzuki’s Philippine arm has announced their latest feature which will make booking appointments easier.

Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) announced that with the use of mobile phone or desktop, customers may now book through www.suzuki.com.ph with the new Service Appointment Feature.

This latest feature on the company website discounts the physical interaction between customers and aftersales representatives while allowing clients to request for a service appointment schedule with their trusted dealership.

After filling out the information needed on the online booking form, customers will then receive an email, stating the details of their requested service appointment. Aside from that, a reminder email will also be sent to confirm their request to secure their appointment service schedule.

To drumroll in their newest offering, SPH also announced that they are offering their latest preventive maintenance service (PMS) package known as the All-In 4999 Heavy PMS package promo. The latest package covers products and essentials such as the following to make sure optimum performance on your Suzuki vehicle:

  • Suzuki Genuine Mineral Oil (5W30),
  • Oil Filter,
  • Drain Plug Gasket,
  • Spark Plugs,
  • Air Filter,
  • Brake Fluid,
  • Engine Coolant,
  • Brake Cleaner,

Offered until tomorrow, the All-In 4999 Heavy PMS package promo is accorded to all authorized Suzuki Authorized Automobile dealerships nationwide.

The new Service Appointment Feature and the All-In 4999 Heavy PMS Package Promo are SPH’s latest efforts to reach their customers—especially during these trying times.

As early as June, SPH is tapping its customers through various means, such as making their lineup available on Lazada. The company’s website has a portal that directs one to Lazada’s Lazmall that allows customers to shop Genuine Parts, accessories, and oil products with just a few taps on your mobile phones for the same price one can find in Suzuki showrooms.

Aside from that, they are also in the business of bringing test drive units right to their customer's doorstep with the Shall We Home Test Drive.

Customer may choose to test the Suzuki favorites like the ErtigaSwiftDzireCiazCelerioAPV and all-new Carry to find which suits their needs. Aside from these well-loved vehicles, upmarket models such as the All-New XL7, All-New S-Presso, the New Vitara, and Jimny are available for test drive, too.
