Take control of your business with Toyota PH’s Fleet Connected Service
The local arm of Japanese mobility giant Toyota is now offering fleet management service, making them the first automotive company to offer such a solution in the country.
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) announced that they are now offering Toyota Fleet Connected Service, targeted to help business owners and operators in managing vehicle assets and optimizing manpower productivity.
Offered with the first automotive GPS system designed specifically for Toyota vehicles, the installed device tracks real-time data of fleet vehicles, thereby maximizing efficiency that could lead to improved business profitability.
With the Toyota Fleet Connected Service, owners and operators can get the necessary information relating to current location, trip monitoring, vehicle mileage, and even unusual driver behavior.
Apart from that, the technology TMP offers information that would inform fleet owners whether the vehicle enters and exits a virtual boundary through the geo-fencing function; and reports device disconnection and tampering through its unplug detection feature. Such relevant information is instantaneously transmitted from the device to Toyota’s G-Fleet System, providing transparency anytime, anywhere.
This new offering is made compatible with Toyota's best-selling fleet vehicles, such as the Vios, Innova, Hiace, Hilux, Fortuner, Avanza, Corolla Altis, Rush, and Wigo models 2016 to present. TMP is currently developing the Connected Device to be available in all other models soon.
In keeping with the Toyota Sure Advantage, the device is installed by authorized Toyota technicians for your safety and assurance.

To note, this is not the first time TMP ventured in the other mobility projects, as back in the middle of last year, has utilized a free booking service mobile phone application called SWATRide.
