WATCH: Toyota GR Corolla featured in 2 new campaign videos

Toyota gave the 2023 GR Corolla a warm welcome as the Gazoo-fied hatchback is featured in two new campaign videos showcasing its features and how well it fits in the current Gazoo Racing lineup.

The first spot showcasing the Toyota GR Corolla is “Running Wild.” Here, Toyota gave the rally-ready hot hatch an image of being the “wild child” of the family as the GR Corolla seemingly interrupts a group of Toyota vehicles taking a “family photo.”

At the beginning of the 30-second clip, the souped-up hatchback is seen bursting into the shot and drifting across the track as the photo is snapped. The video ends with the Toyota GR Corolla downshifting as it passes by driver Ryan Tuerck and his GR Corolla Formula Drift car — a nod to Toyota’s Gazoo Racing Team.

Another video shows the Toyota GR Corolla with its siblings namely the Toyota GR Supra and the Toyota GR86.

The 31-second campaign spot starts with the cars coming out of the garage and revving as they make their way out. It is followed by a shot of what looks like a car meet setting a backdrop to what would be the “family gathering,” and a track event revealing how they settle their “disputes” within the family.

Also featured in the film are Toyota Gazoo Racing team members Fredric Aasbø, Ken Gushi, and Ryan Tuerck.
