Poor cushioning, awkward seating position
Lexus is known for utmost luxury and comfort, but the LBX misses that mark. The cushioning is poor, and I have found the seating position to be awkward. I’ve driven many budget-friendly crossovers that provide better insulation and comfort. The rear seats of this vehicle are cramped to the point that I avoid giving anyone a ride. When I even slightly push this vehicle, it becomes unsettled and noisy. I only find it to be enjoyable when I treat this vehicle like a slow city commuter. The seats are stiff, and long drives have become very difficult.
