Build quality concerns, poor quality infotainment
The real downside of the Porsche Taycan is that the infotainment system is of the worst quality. It doesn’t get connected to my phone easily, and the pricing is also ridiculous. With Bluetooth, I've given up on using the Porsche technology and just use Apple CarPlay.It takes up to five minutes to even connect to my phone. Not great for such a pricey car. My wife's BMW car has better technology and features. The other problem is that Porsche does not come with standard features that you usually get in every Kia or Honda vehicle. The trunk also makes an annoying sound when it's closing or opening.
