Dual-purpose vehicle
I have clocked more than 1,200km in my Hilux which I bought a few months back. It’s a very practical vehicle, no doubt about it. The best part about buying a pickup is that you don’t have to buy another car for your family. The engine is powerful and the Hilux is almost a go-anywhere vehicle. But the brakes should have been better. There’s a massive blind spot because of the combination of the right A-pillar, the grab handle and the OEM window air deflector. Toyota needs to work on this. Otherwise the Toyota Hilux is a strong car.
