I have been driving the Elantra for two years now and the experience has been average. There’s nothing overtly impressive about the car. But it’s a performer in its class. Appearance of the Elantra is nothing great, certainly not compared to the looks of the Honda City. The 2.0-liter petrol engine is a nice performer particularly on open roads. The motor’s performance is refined and cruising speed is decent. You don’t feel any noise inside the car. Fuel consumption is around 8kmpl within city. It can overcome turns and congested city traffic with ease. The suspension is not entirely smooth and you may feel an occasional bump.
