PH-spec Toyota Ativ to be offered in 4 trims

MANILA: The Philippine-bound Toyota Ativ will come in four trims, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) announced. 

During a sneak preview, the country's leading automotive distributor shared that the soon-to-be-offered subcompact sedan will be sold in the following trims at these price points: 

Toyota Vios Ativ 1.3 E MT	P916,000
Toyota Vios Ativ 1.3 E CVT	P980,000
Toyota Vios Ativ 1.5 G CVT	P1.069 million
Toyota Vios Ativ 1.5 HEV CVT	P1.198 million

TMP also expressed readiness in formally launching the car, saying that its public launch is set on October 24 at the Bonifacio Global City Amphitheater in Taguig.

Vehicle snippets   

Based on what was seen at the sneak peek event, the vehicle now comes with a new fascia, which resembles the following locally-sold models: 

• Toyota Wigo
• Toyota Avanza
• Toyota Camry 
• Toyota Corolla Altis 

Carmudi Philippines has a strong belief that it would be sold side-by-side the currently-retailed Toyota Vios, which is produced locally.
